Binks Forest Golf Club

I think it’s safe to say that golfers simply cannot help themselves. When one golf season is over, golfers simply must seek out another. If they’re not looking to extend their golf season then they’re often in search of a new green.

For the golfer who just has to add to their personal venues, there are many wonderful golf course choices throughout Sweden. As a matter of fact, there are more than 430 of them. One golf course that offers as much beauty as it does challenge is the PGA of Sweden National. This particular golf course is actually two 18-hole championship parkland courses. They are located in the grounds of the spectacular Torup Castle.

The links golf course is one of small but deep bunkers and large rolling hills. This course provides golfers with a challenge as it has a 20-metre difference in altitude. Seven holes of the course are enhanced with a small stream, which demands additional golfing skills. Throughout the course players will also encounter a large lake along the ninth, 17^th and 18^th holes – so watch out!

Along the south shores of Sweden is the Romeleasens Golf Club. This 18-hole course is a challenging combination of woodland and parkland, which offers a much different experience than most other golf courses on the south side of Sweden. Although this demanding course is known for its steady shot-taking skills, it is also known for its spectacular elevated views over the Romeleasens, which only adds to its exceptional beauty, making it a great place to take your next golf holidays.
